New Shape Frame Or How To Bend The Tubes?

The smooth shape of the frame will captivate your attention at first sight. Not only have we changed the design, but we managed to eliminate the supposedly useless space by the new shaping and thus succeeded in reducing the full length of the scooter. We saved a total of 10 centimetres in the new Mezeq in this way! Optimization of the shape of the frame also enabled us to extend the footboard, and that by exactly 4 centimetres in all models. In addition to this, if we take into consideration the innovated handlebars/stems, we must say that the new scooters offer premium comfort and generous space to the rider.

The reduced length of the scooter also enables the rider to transport and store the scooter easily. Zigzag riding will be much easier for you on the new scooter, for example, in the city traffic.

Clamps in the wheel axis also facilitate comfortable handling and you will surely enjoy other clever details, such as, for example, preparation for mudguard installation, or the adjustable height of the footboard. 

Two-Position Adjustable Rear Fork. Road Or forest? Change Of Terrain Is No Longer A Problem.

Thanks to the two-position adjustable rear fork, you can easily adjust the height of the footboard as you require. The upper position enables the rider to reduce the clear height by 2 centimetres, which considerably relieves the standing leg, mainly during long-distance ride. You will use this position particularly when riding on smooth and flat surface, while you will find the lower position useful in the city or in a rough terrain, for example, in the forest or grass field, where there is a risk of hitting the chassis on kerbstone, stones, or other objects on the track.

Anti-Slip Footboard

The new and tougher material (plastic with glass fibres) we had chosen for the manufacturing of the new footboard, enabled us to change its thickness and thus to reduce the height of the standing leg above the terrain even more (when riding for a long distance, every millimetre counts). In addition to that, the footboard has anti-slip surface, which will ensure a safe ride even in unfavourable conditions caused by, for example, wet weather, mud, fallen leaves, etc. And as we have already mentioned, the new footboard offers more space for legs and thus a higher degree of comfort during the ride.

Aluminium Handlebars

The innovations should, among other things, also help reduce the weight of the scooter, which is why we try our best to replace as much steel components with aluminium components, for example, the handlebar and a part of the stem in the new Ox and City. Moreover, the new handlebars can be adjusted to a lower basic position, so that the scooter can be used by the entire family.

Integrated Kickstand

The new kickstand has two tight springs; it can be adjusted in two positions (it does not fold away automatically) and its shape has been designed in order to make the scooter stable, even when parked on the green field or in the forest. When folded away, the kickstand carefully copies the line of the lower part of the frame, and thus has a minimal effect on the clear height of the scooter. (Please note: If you want the new kickstand to serve well and for a long period of time, then do not stand on a parked scooter, since the maximum weight limit for the kickstand in the open position is approx. 10 kg.)

A Tougher Headset With A Larger Diameter

All the new models have a headset with a larger diameter (1 and ⅛ inches), which is tougher, safer and compatible with cycle stems of higher quality. It will prolong service life of the scooter and ensure a safer ride.

Ergonomic Handlebar Grips With Double Fixation

You will surely enjoy the new grips, which do not spin even during a wild ride, thanks to the firm fixation by means of two sleeves. Moreover, you can choose the positional fixation, which suits you best. This really comes in useful; you won’t get hand fatigue even on a long journey.

Kenda Tyres

We have equipped the new vehicles with Kenda Kontact tyres, which can be inflated up to 4.6 bar. Lower rolling resistance and the optimal tyre width make the ride an even more delightful experience. The new scooters will enable you to reach considerable speed without much effort.

Hubs With Industrial Bearings

New hubs with industrial bearings, which can, moreover, be easily set and maintained, also ensure a smooth and gentle ride.

Double Wall Aluminium Rims

Construction of the rims, which now have double walls, has been adapted to the higher pressure in tyres. Their sides are sharpened to ensure that the scooter brakes even more smoothly and safely.
